There are no exchanges or refunds for any purchases. For optimal performance, every HEAVEN product is stored in a sterile, hygienic setting with the ideal humidity and temperature. Make sure all of your products are ordered correctly; once they have left our facility, we are unable to accept any product back. We can only make modifications to the packages before they are shipped out. Our major priorities are maintaining product hygiene and client safety. Prior to leaving our facilities, every item is thoroughly inspected. It is the carrier's job to inspect the items upon delivery and report any damage that occurred during transit on the bill of landing.
